A return is possible only if the item is in its original packaging with a satisfactory proof of purchase (receipt).

Returns will be treated only if the Item is in its original packaging with a satisfactory proof of purchase.
- You can return a product for up to 5 days from the date of purchase.
- The management will assess products without receipt or not in reasonable condition.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging.
Your item cannot be returned if it belongs to one of the following restricted categories .

- Sunglasses
- Watches
- Skin-care or hair-care products
- Innerwear or Swimwear
- Perfumes and Fragrances
- Custom or Made to Order products
- Imported On Order products
